What is WashNDry?
WashNDry is a web-based laundry-shop operations system that tracks orders and loads from intake through collection.
Who is it for?
It is designed for Philippine laundry businesses and the owners and workers who run their daily operations.
Does it work on phones and tablets?
Yes. The interface is designed for modern phone, tablet, and desktop browsers.
Do I need special hardware?
No special-purpose hardware is required. You need a supported web-capable device and a reliable connection for shop operations.
How many washer/dryer sets can I configure?
Initial shop setup supports from 2 to 20 sets, with one washer and one dryer in each set.
Can workers use their own device?
Workers can enroll an approved device through the controlled Worker device-enrollment flow.
Can workers see owner-only information?
No. Owner-only financial, administrative, and management controls remain restricted by role.
What happens if a customer has not paid?
The order can remain marked Unpaid, and collection follows the configured role and override rules.
Does it track washer and dryer status?
Yes. Loads, assignments, queues, running timers, Awaiting Dryer, Ready, and Collected stages remain visible.
Does it track expenses?
Yes. Expense functions are available to the Owner role.
Does it track consumables?
WashNDry records expected per-load use for detergent, conditioner, and bags.
Is it free during beta?
There is no public checkout or subscription purchase flow. Access terms are shared directly with accepted beta participants.
Is this the final commercial version?
No. This is a public beta, and future commercial terms and product changes are not final.

Is WashNDry installed through an app store?
No. WashNDry is a direct web and progressive web application.
